L’aglio riattiva il metabolismo e brucia i grassi!
E pensare che l’aglio è sempre bistrattato perché fa puzzare l’alito.
Eppure l’aglio contiene elevate concentrazioni di minerali (selenio e germanio), enzimi, aminoacidi e vitamine A, B1, B2, B6, B12, C, D e H. Oltre a contenere solo 41 calorie per etto, è efficace per riattivare il metabolismo aumentando la capacità di bruciare i grassi, e tenendo sotto controllo i livelli di colesterolo e i picchi glicemici.
Un consiglio? Mangiate l’aglio, che fa bene, e può aiutarci a tenere lontanto qualche antipatico.
